MOMENTUM Development Partners focuses on the development of shopping centers and mixed-use developments in Greensboro, North Carolina specifically dealing with retail, restaurants and office. They have also added the restoration and preservation of historic buildings to their portfolio and are currently engaged in active redevelopment in the historic downtown section of Greensboro. The MOMENTUM team has experience in all phases of development from real estate acquisition all the way through to construction and lease up.
