The South Elm District Restoration project is located in downtown Greensboro, NC.  MOMENTUM Development Partners is introducing multiple opportunities for new restaurant, retail and office locations on South Elm Street (15,000 SF), West Lewis Street (8,525 SF) and Barnhardt Street (5,480 SF) as part of our longer term strategy and vision to create a true destination based and revitalized "Arts & Entertainment" district.  With the recent addition of Mellow Mushroom, Table Sixteen, Lotus Lounge, The Broach Theatre Company, Jules Antique & Fine Art and The Yew Tree Gallery, the preservation and tenancy availability of our buildings will help enhance and cultivate the South Elm Historic District.  An essential part of this project will be the addition of 150+ parking spaces to this growing area which will contribute to the vitality and growth of these destinations.
