Fairway Village in Southern Pines, NC is a 3.2 acre site with a 14,400 square foot retail / restaurant center and a 5,860 square foot pad for a free-standing medical, retail or office building. The center’s design adds to the charm of North Carolina’s Sandhills region and is ideally situated on US 15/501, less than one mile from the Village of Pinehurst. The Pinehurst #7 golf course is located across the street and National Golf Resort is situated behind the site. Fairway Village will be completed in the 3rd Quarter 2009.
