Jim Budd and Nick Piornack are founding members of MOMENTUM Development Partners. The Partners each have their own area of expertise and experience and believe that the cumulative skill set, focus and dedication gives the company a true edge in the marketplace.

In 2009, the Partners also co-founded a sister company, MOMENTUM Commercial Brokerage, which is led by Bob Bates as the Vice President of Sales and Leasing. The addition of the Brokerage arm creates more efficiencies and strength in taking deals from conception to stabilization.
